There are Hand wraps which are worn inside the gloves. These wraps are wrapped around the wrist, palms and base of the thumb, they protect the boxers against injuries made while punching. The feet also need protection, the kickboxing boots fit comfortably in ones feet. These are bare at the bottom but are padded at the top so as to absorb shock created by the kick.
